Who This Is For

For people navigating growth, pressure and change.

You don't need a particular title to do this work. The Inner Edge is for people who want to understand themselves more clearly, make sharper decisions, and create meaningful change in how they live, work and lead.

01

Leadership & Responsibility

For people carrying responsibility, making important decisions, or learning to lead themselves and others.

02

Ambition & Performance

For people who want to grow, perform and achieve — without losing themselves in the process.

03

Creativity & Entrepreneurship

For people building, creating or bringing something meaningful of their own into the world.

04

Change & Transition

For people navigating a new chapter — professionally or personally — who want to move through it with greater clarity and intention.

"What takes you further isn't always more knowledge or strategy. Sometimes it's building the internal capacity for where you're going next."

The Inner Edge Method™

Insight alone isn't always enough.

Sustainable change rarely happens on one level. It happens when what you think, what you feel in your body, who you understand yourself to be, and what you actually do start moving in the same direction. That's why the work moves through four stages.

01 — SEE

See yourself and the situation more clearly.

Before anything shifts, it has to be seen clearly — not just the situation in front of you, but what's actually underneath it: a belief, an old identity, a pattern that's been running longer than the current problem.

02 — REGULATE

Build the capacity to stay present under pressure.

Insight alone isn't always enough if you can't stay present with what it brings up — discomfort, uncertainty, being seen, conflict, pressure, excitement you don't quite trust. This stage builds the capacity to stay in the room with whatever the moment actually contains, instead of managing it from a safe distance. Sometimes that room is a negotiation. Sometimes it's a difficult conversation with someone you love. The skill is the same.

03 — REWIRE

Create new ways of responding.

Understanding a pattern doesn't automatically change it — the automatic response still fires first. This is where a different response gets built deliberately: a new belief tested against real situations, a new way of answering the moment that used to run on autopilot.

04 — ACT

Translate internal change into visible behavior.

None of this counts until it shows up outside the session — in a decision, a boundary, a conversation you have instead of avoid, a piece of work you finally put out, a relationship you show up to differently. The work isn't complete at insight. It's complete when something in your actual life is different because of it.

About Sarah

One question, asked across very different rooms.

Sarah Zyke

Sarah's perspective was shaped across very different high-pressure environments — entrepreneurship, commercial film production, coaching, trading, and years of contemplative practice.

Across all of them, the same question kept appearing: why do intelligent, capable people sometimes struggle to access what they already know, right when it matters most?

That question became the foundation of The Inner Edge Method — an approach built on the understanding that mind, body, identity and action aren't separate problems to solve one at a time. They move together, or they stall together.

Ways to Work With Sarah

One method. Three applications.

The Inner Edge Method doesn't change depending on the room. What changes is the format — one-to-one, at the executive level, or across a team.

01

Private Coaching

One-to-one work for anyone ready to look at what's actually in the way — professionally, personally, or somewhere the two aren't as separate as they seem. This isn't a lighter version of anything. It's the same depth of work, shaped entirely around what you're actually navigating: a decision, a pattern, a transition — or simply becoming more consistently who you already are at your best.
